All payments made through this website are towards booking and consultation services related to property transactions.
Booking amount is generally NON-REFUNDABLE.
2. Cancellation by Customer
- If a customer chooses to cancel the booking, the amount paid will not be refunded.
- Exceptions, if any, are at the sole discretion of the Company.
3. Cancellation by Company
- If the Company cancels the project or is unable to proceed with the booking:
- Full refund of the amount paid will be processed.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days to the original payment method.
5. Mode of Refund
Refunds will be credited via the same payment method used during the transaction.
6. Non-Applicability
- No refunds for completed services
- No refunds for delays caused by customer
- No refunds once agreement is executed
