• Payments are for booking / consultation purposes only
• Final property transaction is governed by separate agreement
• Installments are part of a mutual agreement (not financing)

4. Regulatory Disclaimer

Projects may fall under exemptions of RERA. Customers must independently verify approvals, documents, and ownership before purchase.

5. Refund Policy

Booking amount is non-refundable unless cancelled by the company. Refunds processed within 10–15 working days.

6. Default Clause

Failure to complete payments may result in cancellation and forfeiture.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for legal disputes, delays, or financial losses.
